Pre-test condition

If a form is designed to include more than one file upload element, all of them must be set to required. If one of the fields is empty upon submission, none of the other files will be uploaded. Submission appears to complete properly and the links will display on the email and in the submission view. However, when you click on the link, the file cannot be found.
